Suicide case against wife for trying to kill self and son

Hi Sir, My wife is committed suicide and also tried to kill my son also. Diagnosis: my Son, Homicidal Cut injury -Lacerated wound right wrist. My Wife: Suicidal Lacerated Wound Left wrist. I have tried to file a case on Police station today, they refused to file case because its too late. Incident happened on July 18th 2016. Please let us know is it possible to file a case directly in court?

You can file case against in court , but there is a change in law as of now ,the attempt to committ suicide is no crime now but it would only be against people invoking it on victim....you may contact our office ....:
