Dear Sir, Practicing in criminal law is very easy provided you know the procedure. Through your suggestions you are going to put before the Court your defence. In criminal cases you need not file any Written Statement. The criminal practice is very easy provided you listen to cross examination questions being asked by seniors in the Open Court.
