Submitted ID proof for opening account with an international stockbrok

I have given a selfie photo and a copy of driving licence to an international stock brocking agency for opening an account with them.. layer i am worrying about this .. is there any chance to misuse it... Wo they steal all my personal data... What precautions should I take...
Please advise sir
the agencies which are not approved by the government are not good for the investment. In India a large amount of cases reported the fake agencies are creating accounts for illegal trading transactions that the the reason so many persons accounts are freezed or lien marked by the law of enforcement and cyber police. Hence, you should verify the trading stock market agency and there is an option to file a complaint to the cyber cell.
