you have three remedies as of now file for discharge application in the court you are regularly visiting and ask for discharge from the whole case against you on the grounds of lack of evidence and false case or after the discharge application is heard if it got rejected you can go into High Court to challenge it, also you can file a writ petition, setting that human rights of yours are endangered as of now with this false case.

Your situation is serious, but there are proper legal remedies available. First, to end the case early, you can explore discharge application (if charges are not framed yet) or quashing before High Court if the FIR itself is false and does not disclose any offence. If trial has started, your advocate should push for speedy trial citing your fundamental right under Article 21.

To expedite, petition the High Court for a speedy trial or to quash the FIR under Sec 482 CrPC. You can only file a case for malicious prosecution or false charges after you are acquitted. Hope, you got the due clarity within you.
