Step to taken for my cousin sister who is being harassed by her family

My cousin sister is harassing by her family .she is very talented girl age is 21.Sister is ill since June 2017 but no body is caring in her family even regularly beaten by her parents.They stoped her study also.Routinely parent fight with each other.Her condition is very serious some time thinks to do suicide or leave the home without inform to anyone.In this condition leaving home is not good for her.She is very afraid from her parents some time she sit alone at corner of room and keep saying dont beat me dont beat me pls what should i do pls suggest.
