intrim order pass about right to reside in matrimonail home..can a stay order be granted gains it in the district n sessions court..

Dear Client,
If you are aggrivated by Family courts oder, you have to approach High Court for relief.
Dist or sessions court have no juridiction to entertain family matters. Kindly discuss with your advocate or advocates/law firma registered with Lawrato, to get proper and correct advice.

1. Yes if grounds of case matter are reasonable and justifiable.
2. Relief can be made as per matter of case.
3. Family court for respective matter can deal with it.
4. Similarly, if matter of case seems to offencive matter in a case then session court can take into consideration.
5. Matrimonial cases are as per the personal laws of person before the family courts of law.
