status of person acquitted under benefit of doubt and preferred appeal

on acquittal I was reinstated in to service but the bank authorities not considered payment of salary and allowances belonging to the suspension period. They are saying the following reasons. (1) CBI authorities preferred an appeal against the judgment before Hon'ble High Court, AP. which is pending disposal (2) The acquittal in this case is not clean, but on benefit of doubt. Since my reinstatement i.e.,2009, I did not get any further level of promotions. the Reasons behind denial of promotions are not known.I thought that management is suspecting my candidature for further level of promotions. (1) Sir/Madam, under these situations, I like to know from you that performing the duties of joint custodian i.e., gold and cash is correct being myself was in the case which is pending disposal. There are duties of focal non-focal in nature in banking industry. (2) And I also kow from you whether I am eliible for promotion or not.
