Stalking by various Persons since over 20years

I know I am being stalked for a long time. My private chats, e-mail communications and even closed door chats with friends, family's constituents are repeated out by other random people around me. I think my phone is wiretapped/was, I hear clicking noises and disturbances. Also have seen one particular person around me for years clicking my photo especially when in a club. Have also seen another person's look alike from way back since childhood to across cities and now as an adult, always around me when working, around school, in college etc. Don't know if these two are connected. The 2nd person always tries to falsify my surroundings-if it's raining, will say it's not, once I was in a bus said the bus doesn't go to the destination while I just bought the ticket etc. I think he knew a neighbour of a family friend and ever since then I have seen him around. Also, has ways tried to source my.phone number from various sources ever since. Guide because I had gone to the cops once-no use
