Squashing of FIR and case against builder for cheating

Hi there is section 143, 448, 504 and 506 against me and want to squash them all since all are falsely imposed.
What would be the fee to squash them?
Also the same inverstor has sold the flat to us and the same to be in dispute since 2 years. He neither given a physical possesion of the property neither returned us the money.
if you want to go for quashing of FIR it is done from the High Court only and the minimum charges for quashing of FIR is 1 lakh 50000 which takes a minimum of 6 month time to be completed after that you can also file criminal complaint against the Builder for cheating and information as soon as the quashing of f i r is completed
