Spelling is never wrong in Common Noun. You have written the names of the accd. So its common noun. Moreover if they had already taken bail that means they are not challenging their identity. Mistake in name spelling but s/o &address is correct . There is no punishment and your case will not be hampered for this. Contact for detail explanation.
Who filed it on behalf of you, file it afresh and by stating that earlier due to spelling mistake wrong people were taken into custody, first get hold of proper spellings of the respective names. Kindly ask for appologies who were harrased because of spelling their names wrongly, they can file case of harassment against you too.
