Speedy disposal order from High Court

Case is filled u/s 506&509.Case is under trail from 28.DEC.2015 in JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE COURT.Fake case filled due to influence of her parents.The petitioner parents are dragging the case intentionally by keeping many number of witness.Influencing court constable not to give summons.They are using all loop holes to drag the case.Petitioner-6Vayidas,PW2-3vayidas,PW3-6vayidas to attend court.PW4,PW5,PW6,PW7 yet to be crossexamined.When we ask lawyer about this he is saying "they had option to drag so they do it".When we question court constable he is saying "what we would do if they are not talking summons".Is there any way to get case disposed soon?Please let me know in detail.THANK YOU.I Will be able to consult personally if you are near Vanasthalipuram,Hyderabad.
you can file an application with the high court seeking direction and you can protest before the judge for issuance of warrant against the witnesses or else the judge have power to issue memo upon the constable

Your lawyer might ask the court for issue of Bailable warrants against PE 4, 5, 6 and 7 in case they are not coming forward for cross examination .
Alternatively, you can quote the judgment of THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA, CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION
CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 554 OF 2012, Vinod Kumar ... Appellant Versus State of Punjab ... Respondent to the court and ask the court to dismiss the case itself on the grounds that prosecution is unable to present the witnesses.
