Someone used fake signatures in the documents want to take action

Sir, mere upr kai complaint case kiye ja chuke hai or sare cases me mere naam se fake adhar card va fake signature karke mujhe bina pta lge aadesh krva lie taki jb mai highcourt jaun tb meri application dismiss ho jae, maine highcort se sare certified pepr mngva lie h jinme meri fake id va signature hai. Mai highcourt nhi jaa skta pr kya mai police station me section 420 ki FIR krva skta hun.. ya kuch or sujhao ho to btaye..
Ha aap 420 k case kar skate hai...apne sare paper collect kar ke aap fir registered karwa sakte hai...aap pahle ssp ko ek application de dijiye fir apko FIR concernedd polic station me lodge karwa sakte hai

I think you are not aware of as you can't use fake id in the High court as i am a part of this high court as photograph of that person is taken in the photo id center of the high court who is giving the affidavit and three copies are given in it please give illustrated query what you actually want what type of orders are against u and under what section,
