Someone imposed false criminal case against my father what to do

My father was ex sirpanch in 2007 now oppent taking their revenge by false cases under section 452 323 34 and 384 they have false vitness also bcoz the master mind of this case is a politican who is also a dada of thr village pleasr help me with this please really worried

यदि केस वास्तव मैं जूठा है तो आपको डरने की जरूरत नहीं जो गावह भी यदि जूठे हे तो आप अच्हे क्रिमनल वकील से मिले क्युकी आप को भी अपनी गावहि कोर्ट में पेस करने का मोका मिलेगा उस वक़्त कोर्ट मैं आप सारी सच्चाई और सचे गावह पेश कर सकते और है इस मामले मैं पुलिस ने कितने लोगो के खिलाफ चार्जशीट पेस की है और ये कब का है और आपके दादा की उम्र क्या है यह भी बताये
