Under which section would it be considered a crime to cause financial loss to someone for personal gain by editing the photocopy of a valuable security such as the registry of a flat? Remember, the editing has been done only in the photocopy, not in the original
it can be done under secrion 420 of IPC and also charges for forgery can made out. you should move a written complaint to the appropriate police station as well as send a copy throught registered post mode adresing the SP of ur concern district
