Someone fraudulently transferred money and logged FIR

person bought bitcoin on exchange. Next day filed police complaint its DD not fir that he was sleeping and money got transer. He has otp messages. Police forced me to write promise to pay him by 10th july. I want to file case but police is with him so First I want to take anticipatory bail. IN how many days I'll get anticipatory bail? Today is 5th I want before 10th.
Your case not clear from your question. It's better to explain your question more clearly. As far anticipatory bail is concern you can apply for it the very next day hearing can be taken place and court if satisfied may grant you anticipatory bail.

You can easily get anticipatory bail but you need to take action little early otherwise you may be arrested by the police. Police cant force you to do anything without your consent so dont worry and file a case as soon as possible.
