Some one sing msg to girl but using my mobile number how to escape thi

Actuly i working food delivery company.. recently i delivered on food product one girl. unfortunately that girl number will saved on my phone.ight time some one my frnds send sms that girl on using my mobile number. after.that girl transfer my number wil he brother.i got call night 12:12am that girl brother calling night time and abused me and using bad words.. i told sir plz give excuse and i ask apologize for i told i not send sms to that girl..there after i delete that girl number.after 10Days he give compliant about this incident to my manager..but my mind thinking that girl go to any police station?? if that girl will give complaint about me..how can solve this situvation..can you help me any one??? dont call me just drop Mail
Dear Sir,
You need not look the issue under convex lens. Just take the matter casually. If she lodge any complaint then tell the truth to your Manager and also the police and furnish details of such friend who called her. You can get issue a legal notice to your friend and made him to submit written apology so that the issue is dissolved permanently.
