hello sir belong we belong to punjabi family my brother got married in south india and his wife has create lot of tension in family due to which my brother has died suddenly due cardiac arrest and after one year of my brother death my sister in laws has put the above cases to our family member he has given false allegation to our family by saying that we have beat him and his family and have demanded dowry after my brother death during this we have put petition in the high court and during the negotiation the high court order said that petitioner should not be arrested and the Criminal Petition is disposed accordingly and my query is that can i put a quashing petition in the high court and how can i safe my family with false allegation and i have lot of evidence against my sister in laws that can prove him wrong in the court. kindly suggest the best possible to rid of it
