Siphoning of fund by cooperative housing secretary

The Secretary of a housing society of which I am the Chairman has been withdrawing money from bank for personal use, by taking treasurer's signature on the cheque, along with his own. I am not a signatory to the cheque. I am not staying in that society. What is my position?

You think you might get into trouble due to the acts done by you secretary and treasurer then its better that you lodge a complaint against your secretary and treasurer's wrong doings. This will be helpful to present your defense in case
