You can seek legal remedy, but delay is an issue. For simple assault, limitation is usually 3 years, so police case may not proceed now. However, you may give written complaint to school/college and parents if facts are provable. Focus on safety and mental well-being. If there are lasting injuries or threats, consult local police for guidance.

The acts described (kicking, slapping, pushing) amount to assault and causing hurt. However, since the incidents occurred in 2019, a criminal case now faces practical hurdles like delay in FIR, lack of evidence, and limitation for minor offences. If the offender was below 18, juvenile law applies. You may still consult me for options like a delayed complaint, representation to school authorities, or counselling/closure. Focus on healing; punishment after long delay is legally difficult.

You may seek justice, but delay weakens criminal cases. If you have medical records, witnesses, or complaints, consult a lawyer about FIR or civil action. Otherwise, focus on healing, as courts discourage old school disputes.
