Should I hire private advocate even I am not the position to pay.

My brother got arrested in dalit protest as usual like police arrest people from protest without any reason so being dalit we will get free govt lawyer but everyone saying that free govt lawyer are not as good they don't take us seriously so Should we hire private defense advocate by even we are not in position to hire

You should immediately approach the court and apply for the bail for your brother. And also keep a surety ready along with any vehicle RC or FDR to satisfy the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

if you are not in a position to hire a private advocate then it is advisable that do not hire the same because you will not get the proper reception. However if someone is ready to take up the case for minimal amount then at least speak to the person
