if a women wants his husband to protect from police even she knows that her daughter is rapped by his father Section

If the daughter is minor then it will go under the POSCO Act and charges under section 4 will be instituted against the culprit if he has committed a penetrative sexual assault upon the daughter. And the punishment can't be less than seven years and can be extended to life imprisonment. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

it is disheartening to know of such an offence being committed by a father to her daughter even if the daughter is step daughter. if there has been an FIR against the person no word of woman can save the man. however if the for has not been filed then it is advisable that the people should change their location so that no one should put a complaint.
