Can I file FIR against my boyfriend raped me without my consent he is also threatening me for that . he is also not giving back my money. Last time I complained police they came to my house without any intimation and my mother she dragged me out of the house. Can I file complaint without getting involvement of my family. I am 23 years old
Yes you can file an FIR and can take all the necessary legal steps against him. But Firstly we have to see all the things and we can go to the court for the instruction to the police station to launch an FIR against the said person
