Sexual Comment on Instagram after being sexually insulted firstby girl

I recently made a sexual comment on Instagram live, after the girl hurls sexual abuse at me vocally. I deleted the comment, but the girl says she screenshot the comment and threaten to call Womens Commission and register FIR at Cyber Police. I dont have the video of her insulting me sexually first. What to do ?

both are electronic evidences btw. if the case comes to court the evidences will be tested, contradicted , impeached or may be corroborated. but at the initial stage the girl Fir would be lodged that ll set the criminal law into motion. even she abused u cannot post a sexually coloured remarks. since u did her fir will take it's course. likewise u can also lodge one. if she lodge any complaint u immediately take protection through an anticipatory bail. that can only help u to stay out of jail.

See. Sexual comment on Instagram Live is a Offence under the Indian Laws no matter who started first. These includes penal offences such as Sexual Harrassment, Insulting the Modesty of a Woman and Stalking under the BNS, 2023. Additionally, it may also attract IT Act, 2000. Since you admit to making a comment, I believe the Complaint by the girl is a genuine one and not fake. I suggest you seeking an Anticipatory Bail first to give you some time to prepare your defense.
