Sex on pretext of marriage with widow

I am a widow with two grown up kids. Had affair with a married man working in my office at senior place. There are WhatsApp message of I love you and other conversation. He lied that he is having problem with his marriage and will marry me. Now he denies it. What can I do? I work as maid.
you can file a rape case againgst that person and you can teach him a leasson for the advantage he has taken of you but you should have strict proof of the same such as calls, msgs or any person who knw abt all this
