actually i want to file private complaint against the boy who sexually abuse me on behalf of a false promise of marriage but i dont have the medical examination because at that time i dont know to do the test and not at that situation to go hospital .. and police does not take any action agsinst the boy only write a ddr not registering f.i.r and also not investigating ...so i just need to know that in this case medical is necessary ?

file rape case against him doesn't matter medical ground medical checkup can be done after FIR also, contact any lawyer and file suit under section 156 subsection 3 CRPC Court court will give order to register FIR and SHO and by order of court they will register FIR compulsorily
