Sex before marriage and threatening after closing relationship

My brother was physically involved with a colleague at work as she approached him and they were clear not to get into relationship. But after few months she bought in her family and threatening to get him back and saying she is pregnant now without sharing any evidence documents. What should we do to come out of this situation as they were mutually agreed not to have relationship before getting physical but now trying to approach him for relationship even we are clear to put an end.

If the relationship was consensual and there is no proof of pregnancy or coercion, since your brother cannot be forced into further involvement. Ask her to provide medical proof if she claims pregnancy. If she or her family is threatening you or your family , preventive complaint with the local police citing blackmail, harassment or false implication under IPC sections. Advise your brother not to communicate privately with her and keep records of all interactions. Consult a lawyer to protect any Falls FIR or legal pressure.
