Settlement of court case running at argument stage

I'm from Ahmednagar, my case is running at argument stage. I want to settled the case and opposite party is ready for settlement, how should I proceed??
What are the provisions and requirements for settlement??
you can directly file a case for quashing of FIR or proceedings in the high court by consent and can get it finished within one date in the high court and once the order is out your case in ahmednagar court will be closed
