Settlement k aage ka process kya hai?

Maar peet ka case 325 324 34 341FIR ho gayi hai but FIR wali party settlement kr rhi hai toh samjhauta kese hoga? Hme kya FIR quash krwani padegi kya? Ya police station mae ho jayega sb kaam? Aur in dharao ka case konsa court handle krta hai.? Pls help

Agar F.I.R ho chuki hai aur saamne wali party settlement karna chahti hai...toh setellement deed banegi. aur uske bad high court me section 482 me quashing me liye arzi Deni hogi...jis se F.I.R kharij ho jayegi

Court of Magistrate handles such kind of case. Since all the offence are compoundable then you are not required to file quashing of FIR. You can file an application before the concerned magistrate for compunding the case.
