Session Court Charge Frame U/s 308 I. P. C (Now I Want Add Ipc 307)

Some peoples attack on me and am serious injured and docters take my head operation and after operation am can not walk and docters give to me disiable certificate and said in my medical report dangerous to life injury in head. But session court charge frame under section 308 /323 / 325 / 34 i. P. C.... The accused persons are well planned / premeditation / intention to kill me. ... ( ye baat meri f. I. R me vi hai ke accused persons ne attack se 2 hours pehle vi mujh se fighting ki thi aur mujhe jaan se maarne ke liye bola tha.. Now district session court charge frame under section I p c 308 ... I want to add i. P. C 307 in my case... What i do??? .. Please tell me.... M kya karu i. P. C 307 ko add karvane ke liye
