Sentencing of Uncontested - Allowed case involving section 354

30-Nov-2024 (In Criminal Law)
I had filed a petition on September '22 involving IPC 354 and others. The chargesheet was filed in March '23. Now in the court's website, the status of the case is displaying as Uncontested - Allowed. Does this mean I have won the case? If yes, when can I expect the sentencing of the perpetrators?

Hello, I think you are mistaking somewhere. You have to adduce your part of the story through evidence before the Court and the Lawyers will cross question you. After that there are a few stages left. So answering your question, you have not WON the case and hence no punishment as of now.
