Selling oxygen concentrator at MRP

I am importing oxygen concentrator based on the current need and selling it at the MRP of Rs 50,000. I have paid Rs 95,000 once and Rs 1,20,000 when I needed an oxygen concentrator for my daadu and naani. My goal is to make sure the product is available at the apt price to the customer and I have my suppliers and logistics in place to make it happen. My selling price of the current model is Rs 50,000 and I have another 7L model that would be priced at Rs 57,000. I would like to know how can I protect myself from police taking actions against people who are selling oxygen concentrators. I am not hoarding in anyway and selling at 2x or 3x prices and my MRP is same or just a little more than what it was few months back. Wholesale prices have increased based on the demand and high shipping fees to India. I have all the legal documents in place to legally import and sell the products. Can anybody let me know how can I protect myself from any legal action?
