Self harm threat by ex girlfriend.

I was in a relationship with a girl, we eventually broke up with me. But now she forces me to talk to her and if I don't , She threats me to self harm herself. She also send me mails of abuses and self harm threats. What should I do?
I am 25 , She is 26.
With the help of an Advocate file an Informatory petition in court attaching all the relevant facts about the incident and also inform the nearest police station after filing of Informatory Petition. Do this as soon as possible.
