There won't be many judgements in your favour. However, if you want detailed research on it you need to pay service charges. Generally, these kinds of statements by girl can be proved based on what exactly was stated/said by her. Feel free to contact me and provide more details.

To defend against false accusations of sexual misconduct, the accused must gather all possible evidence that can disprove the allegation and demonstrate inconsistencies in the complainant’s version. First, obtain CCTV footage, call detail records (CDRs), location data, or any witness testimony that can contradict the timing, place, or possibility of the incident. Cross-examination of the complainant plays a crucial role—pointing out contradictions between her FIR, statement under Section 161 CrPC, and testimony under oath in court helps establish doubt. Courts have repeatedly held that in absence of corroborative evidence, a conviction cannot rest solely on the complainant’s testimony if it appears unreliable or inconsistent. In Kali Ram v. State of Himachal Pradesh, the Supreme Court held that if two views are possible, the one favorable to the accused must be adopted. You must engage a criminal defense lawyer who can frame the defense skillfully and bring out contradictions. Additionally, file a complaint under Section 182 or 211 IPC for false implication, after acquittal. Courts also consider motive—if the complainant had reasons to falsely implicate (e.g., personal enmity, failed relationship), bring that on record through cross-examination.

False accusations can be challenged through cross-examination, contradictions in statements (Sec. 161/164 CrPC), absence of medical or forensic evidence, CCTV footage, or witness testimony. Courts rely on consistent, corroborated evidence, and mere statements are not sufficient for conviction without proof beyond reasonable doubt. Due to platform limitations, detailed case studies can't be shared here. However, courts have acquitted accused persons in similar cases when evidence didn't support the prosecution’s version. In my one of the rape case (Posco) , on the basis of CDR report my client got the bail from session court.
