Seeking Advice for Financial Fraud (website based Ponzi Scheme)

Can I lodge a FIR for a financial fraud done by a website based so claimed forex trading company & its management including founder/owner/creater and leaders/promoters of the scheme.
They assured daily 2 to 10% return upto 200days direct credit into bank account. Investment was made into direct bank transferred as advised.
For a period of few days returns generated daily and same was also auto credited into bank account. Later on, they stopped it excusing technical issues.
After few days they came up with a new website with a different name asking us to switch from older website by creating user IDs at newer website to a settlement of earlier dues.
Daily income is being generated at new website but the payouts is not being credited nor invested money is being returned.
Please suggest what should I do?
Can you please help me out to frame charges under relevant sections of laws ie IPC, Income Tax, Money laundering, cyber act , Company act, etc etc.

Yes, you can lodge FIR for the crime committed. The FIR should provide the essentials of the crime as per various laws so that they are attracted prima facie. Otherwise, the FIR can be stayed/quashed by the High Court.
So it is imperative that you consult a professional in drafting the FIR. Please note that through a FIR under IPC the accused if found guilty would only be punished and if you want to recover your money the process will be different. It will depend upon the papers you have signed or documents you have agreed to.
