Yes, since a criminal case is pending against you under serious sections like 324 (Voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons), 506 (Criminal intimidation), and 448 (House trespass), it can affect your job background verification, especially for software or IT companies that conduct police verification or seek an affidavit of criminal antecedents. Even though you are listed as A3 (Accused No. 3) and not convicted, mere pendency of such charges can raise concerns during hiring, especially if the company follows strict compliance or is client-facing. You may explore legal options like: 1. Filing a petition for quashing if the case is false or lacks merit. 2. Requesting a discharge if charges are baseless. 3. Ensuring your advocate regularly monitors the progress to avoid non-bailable consequences. Until the case is closed or disposed of, disclose it truthfully if asked, as suppression can lead to termination later.
