Kindly describe the matter more in details . 1. What kind of materials were being carried ? 2. Whether the vehicle had the required documents in completion ? 3. Whether the driver was at fault as per the complaint? 4. How many days custodial investigation has already been done ? 5. Whether the insurance liability was on the owner or the transporter ?

As you have been jail custody for 86 days already and also cjm court has rejected your bail there is every possible chance that you can get a bail in district court or even if any chance distrcit court reject your bail then there is every possible way you can go before high court and pray for bail .
