What is the meaning of being summoned to witness for Section 69 and 252 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
What needs to done after that if I am innocent.

Sadly, it is very hard gauging anything from just looking at the sections in a plain and simple manner. If you have been summoned from the Court as a witness it's a different thing and if as an accused it's a different thing.
