Section 506 imposed on me what should i do

Hello AllMy friend has put an FIR against me which attracts 506 section but in 164 statement he didnt mention that. Can i come out of this caseHis 164 and FIR have material contradictions.

You can definitely come out of this case. Contradictory statements by the Complainant will work as an advantage in your favour. The merits in your case shall be argued in court and decision could be in your favour.

Yes you can come out of this case. It is a very strong ground that there are material contradictions between statement recorded under 164 of IPC and FIR registered under section 506 of IPC. You should approach the High Court for quashing for the FIR on this ground alone that there are material contractions between the FIR and the statement recorded under 164 of IPC
