Section 498A case was done. Case was compromised & need to be quashed

A case was done by my wife in 2016 under section 498A but it was compromised in2016. Since then I am in UK. Now I have to come to India for quashing the case. Will there be any problem at immigration

since the case is compromised and also a quash petition has been filed, you will not have problems at immigration. however you should carry the compromise document and copy of quash petition with case details handy. ensure to land in India on the date the case is listed for hearing.
