Section 419 - Act of Impersonation with sec 34 and IT act 66(a)

Dear Sir,
In year 2019, Fir was filled against me and my advertisement agency under sec 419 with Sec 34 and IT act 66 (A). FIR was filled after the investigating officer took my manager statement, and visited my ADvertisement agency and took records from their computer. IO was transferred and new IO has come. I am being summoned again to give my statement as current IO states that previous IO has not submitted records. Complaint was filled in January 2019, I was asked to come in Feb 2019. During Feb 2019 and October 2019 my managers and myself gave statement in person and over phone and that IO visited advertisement agency in June 19. Fir was filled in October 2019. What is my immunity as current IO summons me for statement.
please confirm your district and you can take arrest stay from high court till any evidence is found against you. also confirm your statement was written by previous IO . and when did he submitted it can also be checked from the police station
