Section 408 got interium bail case transfer to economic offence wing

Hi we got interium bail from session court in 408 case wherein the owner have filed wrong complaint that we have submitted the amount collected from parties but we have whats app and audio proof that we have submitted. after getting interium bail from session court the police have transfer the case to economics offense wing. they denied to take indemnity bond for passport and asked to go to economic offense wing. need to know chances of anticipatory bail and where to submit documents
Sir as you have been directed to join investigation, submit yourself before local police where FIR has been registered. If they are not joining you, then move a written request before economic wing. If they also wud not take it. Go to SSP office with written complaint that you have not been joined by both despite you appeared before both forum. Get dairy number on ur application so that u can show it to court about ur bonafide.
