i bought swift dizre cab from apra cab ind.pvt.ltd. with 4 year agreement.but affter 1 year,compny fil fir .section 408. angest me.than i went to jail for two days.now case is gurgaon court.i pay to compny 800000,eight lakh for two car.what can i do?
