section 408 filed against me how should i defend myself

i bought swift dizre cab from apra cab ind.pvt.ltd. with 4 year agreement.but affter 1 year,compny fil fir .section 408. angest me.than i went to jail for two days.now case is gurgaon court.i pay to compny 800000,eight lakh for two car.what can i do?

Dear client, You posted incomplete query. Are you employed with the cab company? Section 408 is compoundable. Better to hire an advocate and follow him. If you have any proof of payment made to company amounting to rs. 800000/-. Post complete query and get complete response. For further clarification call me Regards

Since the police has already register an FIR against you, You have to show me your documents Firstly, In criminal Law it is the duty of the prosecution to prove a full proof case against you. If the police has filed the challan or chargesheet in court than u have to show me the copy of the same. Every case is based on its own facts and circumstances legal opinion or advice can only be given after going through the papers kindly meet me to show the case file for correct advice my client
