Section 399/2022 and under kalam 41 asked to come for enquiry

Police has sent a notice on what's app written section 399/2022 and and under kalam 41 and asked to present in police station for enquiry so should we take anticipatory bail against it

Hello, it is a notice under Sec 41A of CrPC for conducting investigation against you and in which you are an accused. You need to obtain anticipatory bail in FIR registered against you. It is necessary for you to save your self from arrest because police can arrest even if they find your role in crime despite sending you this notice
