section 286 Negligible conduct to Explosive substances

Hi sir/madam, on Diwali we bursted crackers at 9pm. government ordered not to burst crackers above 8pm. now the police has registered an FIR against me under section 286 and uploaded to online. does this affect my career or passport or visa. i’m afraid.

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, I personally believe that police have gone a step further with regards to this issue, As FIR will make your passport, visa procurement very difficult to impossible, you can contact me for any legal assistance with regards to this, thank you
