Accused party ko section 164 of crpc ke Jo ladhki Ka statement hota hai wo kese mil skta hai kyuki police hmri koi help nhi Kar rai hai kya hm Kisi aur way se ye statement le skte hai ya nhi agr court se le to Uske liye hme kya kya procedure follow Karna Hoga
There is no point or procedure of getting the statement under section 164 of CrPC before filing of chargesheet in the court. Even an application to judge concerned would be of no avail. IO of the case may be of help, you can read it with his help. So wait for filing of chargesheet or ask the person who has given such statement in court.
