Second marriage to my sister without telling her about first

My sister was married to a man 25 year back without knowing that the man was already married and had a childnLater on he got my sister pregnant and they had a child in year 1999 then at that time that man refused to accept my sister and child and said that he was already married and must go to his village and he returned to his village where as my sister and her child were in hospital as baby was delivered and was sick they both were alone after many tries/attempts to call that man he refused since then my sister has alone without any help raised that child she worked hard at a private job to provide everything to child she didn't even married again and since past 23 year's that man didn't even bother to look at them now currently my sister is 52 and her child is 23 they want justice what can they do?

how come after so many years....well..go and file complain against him u/s 494 and 495 ipc...what kind of relief u want...u want him to punish for his conduct??...civil remedy is also there to claim in the property..
