Is it anticipatory or regular bail. Anticipatory bail may take about 10 days. In regular bail we will produce directly to the magistrate and bail may be given there itself if the case false against you. I need more details of the case.

Maximum 10 days if there are good grounds in a sessions Court .
if session Court rejected the bail Application then you have to file a fresh Bail Application before High Court .
there you have to wait minimum one month to get bail.
