Sec 279 rash driving case court fined 1000rupees

What can be done if sec 279 levid on me and paid fine of 1000 in court. Can now what are all options available to clear records.
You can file appeal to appellate court on that appeal.In appeal you can defend your case.Appellate court can be acquit to you.Thereby you can clear your record.But you must file appeal within limitation.

hallo,
u paid fine does not mean u r clear. like m v act it is not that section, it is IPC 279 and states u hv driven motor in rash and negligent way that may cause life of others.
u paid fine means u accepted that u hv committed offence and ready for punishment. but honble court just fine u. it's like wound, u may recover but mark remains. so ur record remains stained. only u may keep copy of order for future for clarification that u was fined only for wrong entry.
