Hello sir agar FIR lodge ho gayi hai to us FIR ko challenge karte huye apko high court Ana hoga apne khilaf lage charges ko jo ki wrong charges hai aur court se quash karana hoga usse related evidences ko lagate huye

obc guy should also raise one FIR against SC if there is a cross case obc guy will have strong position to prove his case , there will be equal burden on both parties and depending upon the investigation the police will have the right to roop in the other side also as an accused

The OBC employee should immediately (i) seek anticipatory bail if SC/ST charges are added, (ii) file a counter-complaint for false case under BNS sections, (iii) collect office witness support, and (iv) protect his service record by departmental representation. If the case is proved false, proceedings can be quashed under High Court’s inherent powers. Remedy for OBC Employee – • Immediately file a counter-complaint / defence statement citing false implication (BNSS provides procedure under Sec. 173 for counter statements). • Collect witnesses from office and medical evidence (if no injury was caused by him). • Approach the State Administrative Tribunal / Departmental Authority since both are govt employees – disciplinary proceedings will also run parallel. • Apply for anticipatory bail if SC/ST Act is invoked.

OBC wale ko sabse pahle ek badiya advocate ki help leni chahiye. usko jaha ghatna hui hai waha se evidence collect kare aur aap bhi cross f.i.r darz karwaye .sare evidence collect karne ke baad proceeding mein sahyog kare. gatna ke waqt waha aas paas maujood logo ki gawahi karwaye. agar cctv mil sake to usko bhi collect kare. F.I.R darz hone par aap evidence ke dum par f.i.r stay karwa sakte hai
