Sanchu Animal Hospital Nightmare

Sanchu Animal Hospital advertises 24*7 availability of vets. I visited on 11th Oct at 3 am and confirmed on call before visiting, if vert was available. Upon their affirmative response, I visited but no Vet was there and no consultation, no receipt was given. No one was at reception and I had to wake when staff up, who was sleeping. He further woke up another staff, both of them were not vet and asked me to come next morning 9 am and charged 600 rs for consultation. This is fraud. What to do?

Dear Sir, It is purely a cheating case and such you may approach the Police but Police may refuse to register the case since it seems to be a petty case. You may alternatively get issue a legal notice to submit unconditional apology and offer you the require services offered by them failing which you may viral the issue on the social network.
